FAQ

1. What time should I arrive?

We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your treatment time so you can maximise your spa experience.  This will enable you to have enough time to relax and fill in your client card so your treatment will start on time.   Late arrival will shorten you appointment time to ensure a prompt start for our next guest.

2. What do I wear?

• You are required to wear underwear for all treatments.

• For treatments in the hydrospa or infrared sauna please bring along your own swimwear.

• Please wear open-toed shoes to pedicure appointments.

• We provide disposable underwear for body scrubs, tanning and waxing where required.

3. Where are you Located?

Exhale Skin Body Spa is located on the corner of Dampier Avenue and Whitfords Avenue at 276 Dampier Avenue, Kallaroo.  Free parking is available.

4. Mobile Phones

As a courtesy to other guests mobile phones are to be switched off or onto silent so everyone can enjoy their escape during their treatment.
